What you receive
Take Back Your Attention is an English-language digital PDF with 35 pages and 42 fillable fields. It includes visual instructions, a seven-day guided experiment, a completed fictional example and reusable worksheets.
This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no physical item is shipped.
The guide offers educational exercises for everyday phone habits. It does not promise a particular improvement in attention or reduction in screen time. Follow the seven-day structure at your own pace.
Reading, filling in and printing
Read the PDF on a phone, tablet or computer, or print it on A4 or Letter paper. To type and save answers, use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms; browser viewers may not support every form feature.
Price & payment
The price is US$27, including applicable taxes. Checkout may offer an optional local-currency amount. Review the currency and total before paying; your payment provider may apply its own charges.
No StepBrief account is required. Card checkout is available as a guest. Other payment methods may require an account with their provider. Available methods and locations are shown at checkout.
Your purchase is sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. Link handles payment documentation and transaction support. StepBrief remains responsible for the guide, its delivery and product support. The applicable Link purchase terms are shown at checkout.
Delivery & download access
After payment is confirmed, StepBrief emails a personal download link to the address entered at checkout. Link sends the payment receipt separately.
Your download link is valid for 30 days from the start of checkout. Its expiry date appears in the delivery email. Save your PDF promptly: the link expires, but your saved copy does not.
If the email is missing, check your spam folder. If your link has expired or you cannot open the file, email supportstepbrief@gmail.com with your order reference so we can check your order and help.
Further downloads may be unavailable after a refund or while payment is disputed. This does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
Problems & refunds
If the file is missing, corrupted or different from its description, contact supportstepbrief@gmail.com. Include your checkout email, order reference and a short description of the problem.
You may also request a refund through Link support. Its published policy covers certain problems reported within 60 days, including non-delivery, material differences from the description, corrupted goods, and duplicate or unauthorized payments.
Eligibility is reviewed; this is not an unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee. Link’s policy and mandatory consumer rights take priority over any narrower provision here.
Cancellation rights
The current Sold through Link terms provide EU and UK consumers a 14-day cooling-off period from access to or delivery of the product.
To exercise this right, contact Link support and state that you are requesting cancellation during the cooling-off period. You can also notify StepBrief at supportstepbrief@gmail.com, identifying your order and your decision to withdraw.
Downloading the PDF, by itself, is not treated as a waiver of your withdrawal rights. Other mandatory rights under the laws that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.
